Our Front Desk

Our front desk is responsible for scheduling appointments and checking patients in and out for their visits and tests.

We value your time, and work very hard to stay on schedule. Medical and cardiovascular care is not restricted to working hours. We are available to take care of emergencies around the clock.

As part of your healthcare team we are available, whenever you need us.

Kelly Havens is our office manager and has worked with Dr. Karve for 15 years. She graduated from Lansing Community College with honors with an Associate Degree in Business. She is certified in medical transcription, medical billing and coding, medical office administration, and administration and information management.

Monica is our receptionist with 11 years of customer care. She has been with Capital Cardiology for almost 2 years now. She greets patients professionally both in person and on the phone, properly referring questions and issues, as well as notifying providers of patient arrivals. Optimizes provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling.

Shaelyn is our receptionist with 13 years of experience in customer care. She has been with Capital Cardiology for 3 years. She schedules patients for routine follow ups, testing and sends out all outgoing referrals.
